Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered once shipped domestically within India.

• Metro Cities - 2-5 business days
• Rest of India - 3-8 business days

Exchanges

If your item size is too big or small, we can replace it. Please notify us at hopepunkclothing@gmail.com within 1-2 days after shipment delivery (or within a reasonable time) so we can check stock availability. We will instruct you to send the item back unworn and in new condition. You will incur the shipping charge back to us, but we will pay for shipping back to you. Once received, we will send the correct size.

If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue an alternate product based on your interest or you can wait until the same product is back in stock. For any questions, email us at hopepunkclothing@gmail.com.

Returns & Replacements

We offer 5 days easy returns after shipment delivery. However, we provide a new product in case of any fabric or print damage. Customers should raise the issue and contact us within 1-2 days (or within a reasonable time). The customer must ship the order to our warehouse address: Trendlyst Enterprises, KK Plaza #150, 4th Floor, Opposite Radhakrishna Hospital, Girinagar Circle, Phase 1, BSK 3rd Stage, Bengaluru 560085. You must incur the shipping charges from your end; we will ship back to you for free within 5 business days of receiving the item. You must contact us via email (hopepunkclothing@gmail.com).

Once we provide instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 4-7 business days of delivery to get a full product replacement.
